This massage is part of the beneficial Ayurvedic health teachings. Gentle, flowing movements with individually selected, warm dosha oil bring body and soul into harmony. The Abhyanga massage has a regenerating, relaxing and revitalising effect. It aims to activate the self-healing powers and achieve a deep sense of security and harmonisation. An enriching experience that both relaxes the body and brings the mind into harmony.
